Not what I was expecting
The candle smelled more like caramel than cookies, which was a negative for me. Too sweet smelling and not enough like the smell of Santa's cookies.

Candles are lovely, but service is too slow!!
Very untimely service!! We placed an order for Christmas candles on November 20th. We finally received a shipping notice on December 10th, also stating that not all products were available. They were available when we ordered them. Our package finally arrived December 17th. That is almost a month after we ordered them and the Christmas season is almost over. That is why we ordered early!! I will not order from you again. There are other options.

Yankee Candle Santa's Cookies review
I got this at yankee candle. I love yankee candles in general. The quality is always good. They always have fun candle scents for all seasons. I really like this candle scent because it smells like Christmas cookies. And when I light it up, the flame lasts for a while and you can really smell the scent like 15-20 minutes into lighting the candle.

Wanted Christmas Cookie
What I am really disappointed about, is not having the option to order the candle I really wanted. While trying to order Christmas Cookie, as I always do in January, I read that it was not available for shipping. As there is no longer a store near me, I could not get it. So, after reading some reviews, I chose Santa’s Cookies. It is a very strong candle. I could still smell it after three days of not having it lit. I like the scent, it’s not bad, just not anything I was expecting. I so very much wanted the buttery vanilla scent of Christmas Cookie. Instead, it smelled more like maple syrup to us. My husband arrived home from work the first day I had it lit. He even remarked that it, “smells good in here, like maple syrup”. Right after they arrived, I went on YC’s website again. Now, they were having a buy two, get two sale, and suddenly Christmas Cookie was available to ship. So sad.
